This hotel is outdated. We had to switch rooms twice. We booked a one bedroom. First room had dirty, torn upholstery on living room couch. Second room had a draw that wouldn't stay closed and a fridge that didn't work correctly. All rugs in those two rooms were dirty. Hallways dirty old rugs. Third room had been done over, with two queen beds. This was a correct hotel room, although the done over bathroom had no towel racks and just one hook on the wall. Breakfast was adequate, parking free. Staff was very nice and helpful - it must be hard to work in a place that you know is not up to par. There was a small indoor pool that the children liked, we did not use it. Overall, while price was affordable, location good, free breakfast and parking were a plus, I would say you might want to find another hotel near the airport. Staff said they are in the process of doing over the hotel, but...

Nice hotel for layover.

Nice hotel close to airport but no online hotel phone number to call for shuttle. Shuttle only goes to domestic departure gate. Lots of restaurants close by.

I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past. However, this will be my very last time going to this dump. My room door didn’t even lock. That is very unsafe for anyone let alone a woman traveling alone. I told the front desk. 4 hours passed. No one even tried to fix the problem. Maintenance came to my room late that night. Looked at the door and said he would have to take the whole door off but they couldn’t move me to another room because they was already full.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards—stains on the sheets, dirty bathroom, and dust everywhere. It felt like the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
