Me and daughter stayed at the Country Inns and Suites for 3 days. The room was clean, the staff were very nice especially housekeeping, front desk and the shuttle drive Mr. D. The breakfast is your typical American breakfast, there a few restaurants in the area within walking distance. The shuttle will take you to the get the MARTA to explore the downtown Atlanta about a 20 minutes ride. Getting to the State farm arena, Georgia World Convention center and the Mercedes center is a 15 minutes Uber ride. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Pros: The front desk staff was amazing! Ms. Angie, Ms. Whitney, and Ms. Anita made me feel right at home. They are all the epitomy of southern hospitality. Cons: the room was awful. Smelled like smoke upon entry. My duvet cover reaked of cologne. There were holes in the couches. The toilet base wasn't clean. And someone elses bar of soap was left in the shower. I would never stay here again.

Needs some updates to the rooms and the inside other than that the staff was pleasant also the cleaning staff Bree made sure she left a note for me on cleaning my room I thought that was very thoughtful also the lady that checked me in was also great and when I checked out the guy clerk was great as well .over all I had a great stay

The front desk lady was amazing. She was kind, compassionate, and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, but in general the room was outdated appeared a bit dirty.

The breakfast experience was above average (excellent coffee by the way!). The room was just ok. The level of cleanliness was below par (just run the vacuum cleaners in the rooms and hallways). The room furniture merits an upgrade soon. The bed was good. For the price and location though it was it was not a bad deal! Would stay there again under some circumstances!

We arrived to a room that had not been cleaned. The beds were just pulled back up with dirty linens in both the master bed and the pull-out sofa. I contacted the front desk and there were no other rooms available. It was super late and no time to find another place to stay, so we opted for clean sheets and we cleaned our own room for the night. Tne next morning we gave pictures to the hotel management of the conditions and promptly left.

You’re staying here for the convenience of the location next to the Atlanta airport really. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s always been good, but this last time I stayed. There was dirty sheets in the hide a bed sofa. They were pretty good about switching me rooms.

I didnt receive a $75 deposit back. i called and asked why they said because they had to give me new sheets due to my potty training child making a mistake and wetting the bed. I let them have it because you can tell they just wanted to do something. Check in was almost an hour. Its a $75 per day no tap card only which isnt a problem ive stayed hotels that was more but not per day. For a family hotel the staff does the absolute most, which made me uncomfortable because people was constantlyin and out of the room with me and my baby. I dont agree with alot they came into my room over 5 times in one day trying to fix a leak that they had been having from the a/c unit instead of offering to change my room they continued to come and interrupt my stay. The second day they moved us into a smaller room because apparently the a/c leak didnt get fixed within the 5 times they came the first day. This hotel definitely left a bad taste because of the staff and manager. But the swimming pool and jacuzzi is nice and clean. I wont be going back personally but i do recommend if you feel like spending your trip having to deal with constant obstacles. I prefer a peacful stress free trip. Its a no for me and ive stayed at other country inns and loved my stay but here not so much. Also the maintenance guy is extremely weird i opened the door one day because i had a feeling. The maintenance guy was right at my door as if he was listening in or somethkng weird. Just no
