The hotel was excellent. The room was very clean, customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. It has a very good location, especially for visiting Stone Mountain.

Woke up two nights in a row sweating because the ‘efficiency’ air conditioner turned itself off. Left the thermostat on 69 degrees but it felt like 85 degrees in the hotel room!!! Complained to a staff member who did not care in the least about the problem. Also asked staff to clean room and it was never done. Avoid staying here at all costs!

Our flight came in very late and we were concerned we would miss the check in window. The receptionist was very helpful and we were able to check in even though it was 230a! The room was spotless and breakfast was delicious. The check out receptionist was also friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Things we enjoyed- everything was updated and clean, the toiletries provided were much more than most hotels provide, (and the breakfast better with more options!). Beds were comfy and service was excellent! Things that could be improved- the mattress on the pull out couch was not very comfortableat all!. Bonus**** the battery in our vehicle died shortly after we checked in and were trying to go out. The front desk agent promptly and without hesitation, offered to h3lp with jumper cables and pulling her car over close to ours for the jump. This saved us from what could've been a BIG headache on a family trip with 3 kids.

Clean. Very stark decor and meager furnishings. Walls and trim were painted different shades of grey--even pictures on wall were black and white, no color! Toilet too low for comfort. Shower floor very slippery, no grab bars in shower--very dangerous! Apparently risky clientele--res confirmation came with notice of $100 charge if room was left in messy or damaged condition. Would not stay here again.
