The carpet was not clean , the linen on the bed remains the same throughout my stay. They have not clean the room not even one day even with requests . The breakfast was bad . I have asked for a hot chocolate and was just given hot water with little chocolate It was my worst experience with crown plaza.

1st shift front desk employees were rude, lacked the ability to respectfully deal with guest complaints. check out is 11am but they wont have rooms available until after 4pm!! When checking out i asked for a invoice so that no charges were made since they require a $375 deposit and i was told they cant produce a printed receipt.

There is very poor insulation between rooms and the windows to outside traffic noise. The traffic noise was a problem at night Saturday and Sunday. Sounded like racing cars and motorcycles going around and around the property until about 1 am. With a connecting door I had a loud neighbor on the telephone, it she was only there one night The hotel ran out of keurig coffee. I paid for a fridge and it was not delivered it, I got refunded hopefully Long lines for check in, they were so so busy and he was very nice. It there needs to be more help

The hotel room was not fully cleaned when we arrived, the cleaning staff had left someone’s used wash rag in the shower area. There was a bug in our room as well at one point. The TV stopped working in the middle of the evening one night. All of the elevators were not up to code or inspected in the last few years. Beware that they will try to overcharge. We booked at one rate and they tried to change it on us at the last minute, I had to argue with the front desk to get the rate I booked the hotel at. Additionally, if your booking says “free parking”, that refers only to valet parking. They do not validate self parking and nowhere on the reservation did it say the free parking was valet. I honestly would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
