No housekeeping everyday!! I stayed 6 nights and they NEVER cleaned my room even I requested 4 times to the front desk! At the second time they just made the beds, but didn't even took out the trash or put new plastic bag on bins. Not even talk about sweep or vacuum bathroom floor.

Only stay here as an absolute last resort. It is obvious that IHG does not care about this property, nor about its upkeep. The furniture is old, carpet is worn out and the amount of dings, scrapes and chipped paint were astonishing. Exceptionally disappointed.

The staff were great, but the hotel its self was horrible. No chair, trash can, frig, or microwave in the room. A blown light over the sink, the pool and balcony was closed. One of the elevators wouldn't go up. The power went off. It was not what i expected

Nightmare

I was not pleased with my stay. I was there on a couple vacation and the first room I was placed in was discussing. The shower had mold in the tub and the ceiling. Water damage on the wall. White solution stains on the carpet. Mold smell in the room. Stains on the sheets. Mold on the balcony door. And dirt/trash in the hallway right by the front door. I then was moved to another room that wasn’t as bad but was still nasty. The maids never came and brought new wash clothes or towels. We had to go downstairs to get them. I ended up staying in my boyfriend room and not using mine at all. The elevators wasn’t working most of the time. Maintenance had to take you to your floor because the key cards wasn’t working. The pool was closed our entire stay. The valet parking was a nightmare. I was late to most of my appointments and reservations because they never bough the car in a timely manner. One time they lost our keys and didn’t know who had them. Overall I was very disappointed with my stay.

This property is a fraud! It looks nothing like the pictures online. The rooms smell mildewy. The pool wasn't working and my balcony door was sealed shut. I chose this hotel for the roof top pool and the balcony and couldn't use either one. The connecting door that led to another room, the lock on it was broken. Every time I let my room, I had to get another key because it stopped working which was extremely inconvenient. The elevators don't work properly. We got stuck on the elevator twice which was very scary. This was the absolute worst experience at a hotel in my literal life! A refund should be given due to not being able to utilize any of the hotel perks!! Zero stars!!!

Booked this hotel for the rooftop pool. During check in was told pool was open from 7p-10p. Went to the pool and it was closed and water was drained. Clearly it wasn't open! A/C didnt work properly which left the room humid. Sheets had holes and tears in them and stains on the comforter. No mini fridge. Noise in downtown is terrible at night and echoes through the whole area. Hotel halls and elevators had strong odors of Marijuana. Will definitely be avoiding this hotel and downtown area in the future.

I travel often and this was the worst experience I have had. Waited 3hrs to check-in in a lobby with no a/c before being told they could not check anyone in. While waiting to check in heard customers complaining about trash in the halls, dirtiness, etc. The hotel said they would give a refund since they could not check me in, they assured me it was done but could not print a receipt. I still have not gotten my money back yet. Never stay here!!!

I was supposed to check in Friday at 4pm. Traveling from Ohio, we made it at 3:46. We wasn’t able to check in because the systems were down. Left to grab a bite to eat. Come back around 5, system still down. We were finally able to check in after 6pm. I asked the receptionist could she accommodate our valet parking since we had to wait. She said NO because she will have to accommodate everyone. Parking was $100 for 2 nights! Wow! Pool was down the entire weekend. The room had 3 towels total for an entire weekend! My husband and I was celebrating 20 years as a married couple and this was by far the worse anniversary we’ve had in 20 years. No refrigerator, no microwave, balcony (Door wouldn’t open) mold on the walls. Ice machine had mold in it! Breakfast wasn’t included in the room cost, just HORRIBLE! I won’t recommend to a dog. The best customer service was a housekeeper who was training another employee. She said Good Morning- first employee to even speak after being there Friday, all day Saturday and checkout Sunday! The rooms most definitely need to be updated! Never again!!!
