The guy at check in was very friendly and nice. The room was clean. They have evening reception every night and a great breakfast. Very convenient to world congress center. The only issue was the water in the shower could be a little warmer, but not a deal breaker.

The staff was really nice and attentive. The hotel room was clean. The bathroom shower needs to be updated and corked around the tub area. There was some dust on the blinds and curtain. No self parking nowhere to park only valet. The parking fee is a little to high $55.00. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.

The hotel was very warm and inviting. The valet greeted us and helped us unload our bags and get into the lobby. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was by far the best part! The gentleman making the omlettes welcomed us, the food was delicious and there was a variety of options. Every staff member we interacted with was top notch. I was so impressed with how the hotel was staffed and ran. Their manager does a great job of setting a standard and everyone works up to that. We will definitely be back to stay again.
