I loved the kindness of the recepcionista at the front desk and the manager. It is located in a quiet área. There are stores and restaurants at a walking distance.

We have stayed here 6 or 7 times. The service, rooms, and courtesy are always off the charts. This time we met Christian Johnson, a new member of the front desk team. A few negative surprises.

No microwave in room Coffee maker didn't work. Was told that there was $12 parking charge when I checked in because others where illegally parking in their lot???

Post surgery stay

The good - I arrived earlier, having gotten finished with some out-patient surgery near-by. The Front Desk had me to my room in minutes, even though I was early. (I am a member.) Bad, I selected for restaurant which was closed. Also, this hotel is in suburbs, no need to charge for parking. Seems like an unnecessary money grab.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location in Alpharetta. The rooms were nice even if a bit tight. My biggest complaint is having to pay a 3rd party to park in the hotel parking lot.
