We stayed for four nights at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to the mall and several great restaurants. If you book an ocean-view room, the sunset views are beautiful.
The room itself was good, but nothing extraordinary. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were good, and the staff were very friendly and polite throughout our stay.
I do have two main complaints. First, the parking cost is extremely high. At $45 per day for self-parking, it was actually more expensive than our car rental, which feels unreasonable for the price level of the hotel.
The second issue was the shower. The water pressure was extremely weak—almost nonexistent. Maybe we were just unlucky with our room, but it was disappointing, especially for a hotel with an almost five-star rating.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I’m not sure I would choose this hotel again. I feel I could find a similar—or possibly better—experience at the Marriott Waikiki for the same price or less.
