The property was very well-maintained. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to eat dinner and attend a show at the Performing Arts Center. When a situation arose with our room, the front desk promptly fixed the situation to my satisfaction.

Clean, modern facility, with exercise equipment in every room! We did like that. We chose the hotel because it is pet friendly and in the past they didnt charge a fee for our dog, as is now part of the business model of almost all chain hotels. Unfortunately, this time they charged $70 for our dog. That out it out of reach fro future stays, but it was a very nice stay

You're a captive audience because there is literally nothing around ...so $6 for a 16 oz bottle of water...maybe it was smaller....but great gym and comfortable rooms

The hotel was fine but the light from outside the building and the hallway was excessive. The pillows on the bed were as hard as hay bales. On the morning of my departure the hotel ran out of hot water.

The hotel was nice and clean. Most of the people there were really nice, but the reason why I didn't give it 5 stars may have been just the parking situation. When driving back down the parking garage you just have to be patient and careful, just incase someone else is driving up around the corner.
