The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Parking in the separate parking structure on floors 5 or 6 had plenty of room. All the rooms have even numbers - I wonder why?

Love the room it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in. My husband, daughter and I had a lovely time. We appreciated the meat to order breakfast as well. We will definitely stay there again.

Andrea and Sheldon were extremely hospitable and obliging, so take nothing away from them. However there was no restaurant as advertised and parking was quite a distance away. The toilets didn’t flush properly. In comparison to other IHG Hotels it rates poor.

I’m not mad but I wouldn’t stay here again

It was ok. The one staff member that spoke to us was during check in. Other than that we were pretty much ignored. Also, pulling up to the property is different. Both sides of where you pull in are painted red. It’s a fire zone. Some people didn’t care others, like us, weren’t sure where to go. It doesn’t make clear you are sharing a parking garage with a bank. You have access to floors five and six only. It’s a trek with luggage, but I suppose if you don’t care about fire lanes you could park there and check in and bring up your luggage.

Staying at the EVEN Hotel was a frustrating experience from the start. All of the front parking spots are reserved for handicap permits, which leaves regular guests having to hike over 100 yards from a detached parking deck just to reach the building. Not exactly the welcome you want after a long trip. To make matters worse, their EV charging setup is a joke. They have chargers, but you’re only allowed to leave your car plugged in for 4 hours even though the chargers are painfully slow and take nearly 12 hours to give a full charge. So unless you plan on setting alarms in the middle of the night to move your car back and forth, you’re out of luck. The hotel seems more focused on looking “modern” than actually providing a convenient, comfortable stay. I won’t be returning.
