The property was very close to a lot of venues and restaurants. Did not like paying extra $60 a day for vallet parking.

Cheryl was amazing.. she was the concierge who took care of surprising my son for his birthday. Everyone was overly helpful and nice. Great room, the bed was super comfortable and made it hard to get up in the mornings! Will be coming back here for sure.

Tony checked me in in Friday she was amazing. There is a concierge text that checks in throughout the day. I believe her name was Emma and she went above and beyond to help with adding a room, making sure we had towels, and check out today. Only issue would be on Saturday the Top Draft ran out of food and room service was closed by time several families got back to our rooms. I feel that they could have extended the hours and been able to accommodate the large groups better. Lillr served us on Sunday and was great. Hotel is wonderful and I look forward to nxt year.

Overall, the experience was okay, but there were definitely some things that could be improved. The hotel itself is decent, but it feels a bit old and could use some cosmetic repairs. From the outside, the building looks aged and somewhat dirty, which doesn’t give the best first impression. However, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location in downtown was convenient. Check-in went smoothly as well. The biggest issue I had was with the valet parking service on the day of check-out. At exactly 11:00 AM, housekeeping knocked on my door to make sure I had checked out—even though I was still in the room and asked for just 2 or 3 more minutes. I found that a bit pushy. But what really frustrated me was the valet. I waited 1 hour and 5 minutes to get my car back. I asked three different times if my request had been submitted, and each time they said yes and told me to give them another 10 minutes. They kept repeating that, and in the end, I missed a reservation I had with friends because of the delay. No real explanation, just a quick "we're sorry." Because of this valet issue and the aging condition of the hotel, I’m giving 3 stars. The stay was fine, but the last impression was unfortunately disappointing.

We have never had a bad stay at any Omni. The staff is always above and beyond with kindness. The rooms are always clean. The restaurants always have delicious food and drinks and they are always located in a very convenient location. Highly recommend!

If you’re going to a show at State Farm I couldn’t recommend enough. So much easier than trying to get an uber. It’s now spoiled me for shows and I fear I will always have to get a room at the Omni
