Our stay was amazing. The view was spectacular and the staff was beyond wonderful. Valet service was fast and the gentlemen Joseph and Bah were extremely kind.

For two days, I had cold water only in my shower. I reported twice to the reception. Twice the maintenance/engineering said that there was no problem and that I was not using it properly. Finally, I asked them to come a third time when I was there. There e was indeed an issue; it took them 40 minutes to fix it. It was extremely disappointing to have this issue of cold water in the shower for two days and it was even more disappointing, not to say INSULTING, to be told that I was not using it properly while there was indeed an issue.

The room wasn't very clean and while maintenance came at 8pm in the evening to look at it, there was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom that had been there for a while. The walls are very thin and we could here the neighbors talking the entire time we were there.

Really lovely hotel, the place was clean the staff worked tirelessly to unsure everyone is served and happy. The premium breakfast was delicious only a bit cold. Apart from that an excellent hotel, I would stay again Staff is awesome James at Valet reception is amazing. Met some people who will be life long friends too
