I have mixed feelings about my recent stay. On one hand, Simone was absolutely amazing—she was helpful, professional, and made the first five days of my stay seamless. However, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse when I went to extend my stay for an additional two nights. Despite being a guest for five days already, the General Manager and a male staff member made the extension process incredibly difficult. My 26-year-old daughter had her purse stolen while visiting Atlanta, and although she had the official DMV paperwork (including her photo) showing she had already requested a replacement ID, the GM was completely heartless. I was told we could only stay one of the two nights because she didn’t have a physical ID card. Given the circumstances, the lack of empathy and flexibility was shocking. I won't be staying here again; the great service from Simone was unfortunately overshadowed by the poor management.

The room was spotless very nice and quiet property All the staff are friendly and pleasant Big Shout Out to Miss Bonita she has the best spirit I ever seen and helps with anything you need and it’s another young lady that works front desk also she is very nice and understanding love this property !!!!!

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America and had a great experience from beginning to end. The property was clean, organized, and easy to get around. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a longer stay — the kitchenette was a huge plus, everything worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and I felt welcomed the entire time. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and parking was easy and felt safe. Overall, Extended Stay America exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms, great amenities, excellent staff, and a comfortable stay — I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable extended-stay hotel.

I called ahead to ask if it would be okay to check in late, as my flight was getting in late. The hotel assured me that late check in would be fine, that it would be no problem; there is a phone to use for late check ins, that I could call when I got there and someone would help me check in. Well, I got dropped off by the uber, called the extension on the phone, and was told that it was too late to check in and there was nothing they could do. I was left stranded outside, in an unfamiliar city, with no place to stay. They have been uncooperative with a refund request. Extremely unsafe situation and extremely unsatisfied.

The person who checked me in was great. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was fine, the sheets & towels were clean. The room was WAY too hot. But there wasn’t a single amenity: no coffee, no soap. Not even a teaspoon. Don’t think it would be great for someone looking for an extended stay.
