The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the front desk was very nice and helpful. The area is good. The laundry facilities worked well but there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer. I would have given it 5 stars but the elevator is terrible and there are so many simple maintenance issues that need to be addressed. I would probably stay again because it is priced accordingly.

I stayed at your hotel this weekend because it is close to Northside Hospital and I have stayed here before. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00 a.m., but when I came at 9:00 a.m., almost everything was gone and nothing was being replaced. There were no apologies and no explanation. The dining area was messy, tables were not being cleaned, and employees were standing around laughing and chatting. I had to clean the only available table myself just to sit down. If breakfast is included in the price, it should be properly maintained until the advertised time. If food is empty and not replaced, guests should not be charged for it.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was nice and rooms were clean. The breakfast in the morning was convenient in not having to go out and look for something to eat, I did enjoy the breakfast and their different options. The rooms were spacey and the bed was comfortable.
