I have stayed here before a few years ago and had no problem. When my daughter and I attempted to stay here, we were met with a room that had no air (their solution was a box fan), a door that wouldn't lock, and no parking space (even though I had paid for parking). We did not feel safe, so we checked out of the hotel that night and went ahead and drove home. It was a very disappointing experience. I was told the manager would contact me today, but have not heard. I'll be reaching out to them tomorrow.

Parking situation sucks!

We're EXTREMELY disappointed with the parking situation. There weren't enough spots for all of the residents who paid for parking, and we ended up parking on the street one night. That was totally unacceptable to us. If you charge residents for parking, they should be guaranteed a place to park!!

Only thing that I think could improve this property is to have some quality toilet paper instead of the type they have now. Current toilet paper is to cheap and thin.

My room smelled musty. My bathtub drain was clogged. I requested both be fixed & they never were. The windows to the room didn’t open so you couldn’t air it out yourself - but musty made me think mold. I stayed at this location because it had a nice gym and the gym was nice! I wouldn’t stay here again though. The front desk staff was really great. I was here for 2 weeks - so having these issues in my room was a real pain. The lobby area is nice - so I just stayed out of my room when I needed to work late.

Perfect stay

My husband and I attended our first Market. We are so happy we stayed here because it was walking distance. Love that our hotel was in the middle of all the restaurant. We will stay here again especially when we come to the aquarium this summer. Also loved how clean and how friendly everyone was.

Good, clean hotel

Basic hotel with a good downtown location walkable to aquarium and centennial park. Clean room and quiet as we were in the 7th floor. Must use room key to get into building and up elevator so that added security is nice. Breakfast is basic so go in knowing you’re getting eggs, potatoes, yogurt, fruit and waffle maker-nothing gourmet. Would stay here again.
