The rooms are very well kept. But the pool doesn’t seem to be cleaned regularly. There was dead insects in floating in the pool. The Asian lady in the front desk was not the most pleasant in handling an incident in the pool.

Not great!

The hotel overall was okay. The fridge wasn’t really working. There was only two towels. There were no trash liners. The AC didn’t work. Overall just not the best experience, you’re better off staying at the property across the street.

Lobby was impressive but I guess I was expecting a little more because it was a Hilton. Ice only worked on the 8th floor. I was there for business so I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or other amenities.

Pool was closed the 3 day we were there. We were told there was a inspection coming up and they were working on it. You don't close the pool in July. AC in our room was not working good. The room was clean but very humid and uncomfortable the temperature would never get to the set-point on the thermostat. The humidity made it uncomfortable to sleep.

I stayed here for a few nights and added an additional night. Overall, the stay was great. When I checked in, the mini fridge was not clean and had food from a previous guest. Once I told the front desk, they immediately made it right and got it cleaned for me. So, no complaints and I will definitely stay here again in the future.
