The front desk attendant was rude and nonchalant about daily deposit of $75.00 per day, that I was not advised of prior to my stay. When I asked why a emailed or message was not sent to disclose deposit and parking expectations. The front desk attendant that that was not the hotel responsibly to provide that information, expedited should’ve disclosed that information since I didnt book directly with Hilton.

The bed and bedding were amazing! The hotel walls were thick and kept things quiet and private. The staff was kind, professional, efficient, and accommodating. The products available, as amenities, were high end and very much appreciated. Room service was always incredibly quick, and the amount of restaurant/food choices available in the hotel were great.

The hotel and room were fantastic! A little pricey for valet parking since we had a truck that wouldn't fit in self parking. Probably to be expected since it was downtown. My only real complaint was how loud it was at 7am with all the slamming of hotel doors for a solid 40 minutes. We were hoping to sleep in a little but to no avail.

The hotel was lovely. Good amenities in the lobby and the restaurants attached are really stand out. The staff was very friendly and Hilton’s text for help system is one of my favorite features of any hotel I stay in.
