I have stayed at this hotel for a.number of years for an annual event and have always used my debit card to check in. I was told my debit card could NOT be used at front desk, snack area nor restaurant. Extremely upset over this as I ALWAYS, for years, budget money for trips & bring cash. Also the room was very noisy. I heard wvery single vehicle that drove up to the entrance both nights, all night long with music blaring. It would be extremely helpful to have your "no debit cards accepted" posted on your website in plain view.

sometime during the night the room lock failed. The door would not lock. we had the deadbolt and secondary lock on during the night. We discovered this problem the next day while going to breakfast and discovered that the door was unlocked and our stuff was still in the room. while we were leaving that day it is unthinkable in this day and age to have basic security failures of this type.

Staff was good. My room water never got hot and slowly drain in the tub. By the time you done with your shower, you standing in a tub full of water. Tub was chipping. Other than the water issue, Room was clean and kept nice temperature throughout my one night stay.

This was the worst experience ever at Holiday Inn… I will not recommend no one to stay there… me and my kids were there 6 days, the AC did not work at all, we woke up in sweats every morning, we didn’t get no type of room service.. had dirty towels piled to the ceiling, I was charged a different price, from when I booked
