The main complaint is about the food service. The person at front desk said there is a menu in my room. There was not. It was then difficult to call the front desk as the phone has no front desk button. I had to push 0 twice to get through the menu options to get to a real person. Then that person tells me, no menu, its a QR code! Ok, so I scan it and it shows me what i can order. But it does not give me an option on how to order. So I call front desk again. This time they tell me, no you cannot order by phone, you have to come down to the kitchen and order in person. Seems there is a lack of personnel training on the system and a lack of info provided to the client, which should be provided up front.

Great hotel in the airport

Excellent choice. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect in teh airport with a quick shuttle for free.

Convenient, close to airport. The advertisement says that an airport shuttle was available but it didn't mention that it was only available at the domestic terminal. We were unable to reach the motel to get information about the shuttle. We finally had to take a cab to get to the motel
