I had booked a room with a king size bed and upon arrival was informed my room was no longer available and was given a room with two single beds. And was charged an extra $50. The lobby and 1st floor were under construction and it was a mess. It would have been nice to know of the construction and that my room was no longer available ahead of arrival.

This property is under construction. That being said….i loved my stay there and I look forward to returning when the construction is complete. I especially appreciated the staff. They were truly amazing and considerate. Great hotel!

Under Construction

The overall stay was fairly comfortable. The location was fair. You around a lot of shopping center, including the Northpoint Mall. But for our stay, it was out of our way. The hotel is going through a renovation currently. The room we stayed in could used a little more renovating. We had a bug (a beetle of some sort) that may have entered through our AC system wall, since there was an unfinished patch. With the renovation, breakfast was moved into tthe meeting room. The hot foods were cold and there was no microwave to heat up the food. I would wait to come here once the renovation is completed.

Stayed in this property multiple times and was always good. Property is under renovation and will continue till April 2025. Earlier stays the breakfast provided was good but now it is loosing its standards. Staff who received us were courteous but who took the keys back had an attitude. Properly is safe, lot of restaurant and shopping choices, good parking.

I stayed with the family at the Hyatt in a standard 2 queen room and rooms are as per photos and have been renovated. It is away from Atlanta downtown and about 25mins to get to downtown. Free breakfast was ok with some hot and cold options. Room was big. Bathroom was ok but toilet in our room leaked. Staff were nice and parking was free and easy. Plenty of places to eat and shop around the area. We had a car so getting to and from downtown wasn’t an issue.
