The floor to the rooms left my socks almost black they’re we’re cockroaches in the room as well.I was charged numerous times for “deposit” all different amounts they had no idea how to fix it claimed it would go back into my account which it never did. So I had 200$ stolen from me by the hotel do not book here.

Our room was great! The reason we chose this hotel was the convenience of closeness to Ameris Bank amphitheater. We asked if there was a shuttle available to and from the venue and were told there was, well there was not! Very disappointed, but walk was not bad 1.1mile. Also one elevator was out and made for a very long elevator trip. Once again, the room itself was great!

We stayed three nights and were not informed that the turndown service was by ‘request’ when staying more than two nights. Had to make our own beds take out our trash and collect fresh towels ourselves. We told staff 3 times that our blackout blind curtain was broken but nothing was done. We didn’t see daylight out of our window the whole stay. Very loud ac. Very loud fridge. Dirty floors. Pretty rubbish overall and won’t return

You can tell this is an older hotel that has recently been renovated, but it is nice in a good part of town. The rooms were big, beds were comfortable but the pillows were not.
