Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Room was overpriced. Room door was difficult to manage with mobility device. Hard to deal with special diet with no fridge or microwave. Elevators need longer pause to allow mobility device to enter and exit.

The stay was okay overall, but my room smelled like smoke when I arrived, which was disappointing. I also noticed that the earbud covers from my Beats by Dre were missing—I had left them by the nightstand, and later found one of the covers on the floor but not the other. I’m not sure if housekeeping may have moved them, but it was frustrating to come back and realize they were gone.
