Comfy and friendly

I would highly recommend staying here. It was about a 20-25 min walk to Truist Park but well lit and great sidewalks. The walk felt safe. The staff were friendly as soon as we walked in and check in was fast and easy. They had parking which was covered and safe. The beds were very comfy and the room clean. We had plenty of towels and the AC works great. The hotel was clean throughout. They staff was always greeting you and making you feel at home.

The manager on sight was helpful at first beacuse I had a late 12 am check-in until things got interesting. My first room keys and door key pad didn't work. I didnt have my key anywhere near my phone. I unloaded my vehicle, went to floor 7 just to try 7 times to get into my room. Went bk down stairs and dpokr with the manager on duty he suggested sending his security guard up stairs with me to show me how to use that door specifically, i refused because I don't want to continue having issues with the door & key for the duration of my stay. I got another room and that room was smoky and moldy. I got in the room and the smell immediately overtook me. I decided that this wasn't the place for me that night. The manager and I politely agreed, I thanked him for his time. Nice guy just not the best establishment at this time.
