Every staff member we encountered was friendly and able to answer all questions, from valet to check-in, and morning breakfast. Valet parking was a breeze. The location couldn’t be better for a trip to the aquarium or coke museum. The room was nice and clean and cool and quiet. The view was spectacular. We will definitely be returning.

Great location across the street from the aquarium, however, as soon as we circled the block to get to the parking garage we quickly realized it is not a block we would walk our around to go out and get dinner. Check in was fast and friendly. The elevators were a little scary from the all the noises they make. We had one of the best rooms in the hotel on the 12th floor but it was filthy! There was looked like animal feces on the floor and someone’s nail clipping. The headboard of the bed was disgusting and I didn’t even want to touch it. I’m not sure when the floor was last cleaned. It was very disappointing for a Marriott brand hotel. Breakfast was decent but they couldn’t keep up with demand. The valet was a very worker and had our car to us quickly after check out even though she was slammed.

Friendly staff and perfect location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Valet and the front desk were quick and nice experiences. We bought our aquarium tickets at the front desk which saved us time during our stay.
