Can’t say enough good things!

The staff was so accommodating. Every single member of their staff was friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. I would recommend the Springhill Suites to anyone and we will definitely be back here! Ruby the front desk manager made our stay feel welcomed! She is truly a gem!

Worth the money.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The mattress was not comfortable. I did have good water pressure on the 12th floor, which was very disappointing. The maintenance staff came to see if they could do anything about the pressure; they cleaned the shower head, which didn't help.

We loved the convenient location of the property. The staff that we encountered at the valet, front desk, breakfast & bar area were all so friendly! Our family especially loved the games provided - it was a perfect way to spend an evening after an overwhelming few days of sightseeing.

So parking is a mess , $50 per night is way too much plus also not having other options or suggestion is really bad. Should be upfront even hotel.com should show that thing for the price . Also that room saying it a suit is a joke .. so small ,bed is really small and bathroom does not even have a door . in all it was not good .. be prepared to be really tight and do not recommend with family . Breakfast is very minimal options ...

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice. Noticed the floor was sticky in places and dusty. Sink drained poorly. Floor for shower had black areas from use I assume NOT dirt or mold. there is a club right next door and it was excessively loud. From the 8th floor it sounded like as if I was in the parking lot for the club. I ended up calling the front desk to ask if it was outside or if it was another room. Music was not family friendly and continued till 2am maybe a little later. Breakfast was standard fare. Elevators were very busy. Enjoyed the convenience of walking to the aquarium and nearby restaurants. Felt safe walking back to room after dinner in the dark.
