It would be wonderful if they had an online check-in option. There was a long line that they managed to move swiftly, but did create inconveneince in an already crowded lobby.

The Georgian Terrace Hotel is a wonderful oasis in downtown Atlanta. It is a beautiful, historic property directly across from the Fox Theatre. Our suite was sparkling clean and had a fabulous view. The front desk staff knew it was my birthday, and took extra steps to make sure we had an amazing stay! A big thank you to Thembela, Fojan and the front desk team for excellent customer service. There are several great restaurants walking distance to the hotel. It was a perfect getaway, and we look forward to our next stay!

The room was ok, the flooring was buckled in a few places as you walked in, and one of the bathroom shower handles fell off when my son went to take a shower. The staff was friendly, but our room on the second floor was really noisy right next to the street.

The property was absolutely stunning luxurious is the best word , very safe needing a key card to access elevators and stairs, there restaurant is super yummy and convenient as well as location to other restaurants and places to visit only a mile walk to the aquarium and directly across the street from there local classic theatre.

The room was very clean and nice. There was no ice bucket, but the staff brought one up with ice very quickly. The vending room on the floor at the time was out of commission, that was a little inconvenient. Stayed here many times, the staff are always the BEST!!!

Stayed the night to enjoy the Fox theater presentation of “ Beautiful Noise”. Ate in the Livingston. Awesome. Every associate I passed asked if I enjoyed my stay. No change at the front desk. Did not have $ to tip bell captain or the valet. They said”no problem” it’s the right thing to do”. Ended up doubling my tip and face each $10 more than I normally would have. The “NIT” slogan was carried out to a “T”. We will definitely be back. Great experience & will tell others

Our stay was very nice with a comfortable bed. They upgraded us to a suite. The housekeeping staff failed to clean our room all weekend. We managed by getting clean towels from the cart and refilling our water bottles at the sink.

Only a one night stay but perfect for my daughter and I. Felt safe and lots of walkable dining options. Hotel is vintage but very clean. Rooms are huge. Staff is wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful, the food amazing and was super convenient for our show at the Fox. But the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor due to lack of rubber gasket on the bottom of glass door. The sink faucet was not secure and turns almost completely around. The bathroom floor tiles, when you step on them, feel and sound as if they are going to pop off the floor.The stopper in the sink does not work, but at least the beds are comfortable. The hotel did offer to send maintenance up to fix or change us to another room, but we were checking out the next morning. They are giving a credit.
