Not kid friendly. More welcoming for couple’s. Prepaid for breakfast and still received a bill when we checked out. AC was out staff stated someone would come up and nobody ever came. Never able to reach the front desk

Overall 3.5. The front desk staff was accommodating. The housekeeping staff was great. The room service was good too. The areas of improvement are the Bldg is in need of a first floor renovation. - new furniture and fixtures. The room has a fridge but its not for your items only “for sale” items….maybe a bigger frig may be on order. Can't wait to see what 2026 has to offer.

This stay was just ok for 3 nights. The room was fine, window view to an office building and a bit of highway, not the end of the world. The bathroomWhen you book on Expedia you never know. The pool was the most disappointing- just average but website views made it more beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and kind.

Downhill & need deep clean & major renovations

The hotel reeks of weed. The W isn't to the standard of normal W hotels. This one is in desperate need of rennovations, and stepping up their cleaning efforts. Very disappointing as everything from the restaurant, the room, elevators. Just down hill and not clean. Too much to list, not impressed at all.
