Ballys is in such a great location close to many attractions. I woukd recommend having housekeeping more frequently.

I liked the easy check in. I did not like the $100 hold on my account. Walking to check in was too far, they should make that right after you get down to floor. I did not like the price of parking garage.

Upon arrival, I had an extremely long line to wait on for Check-In and none of the check-in kiosks worked. The original room had a vague smell of smoke, the HVAC panel was on the floor and the wires were exposed. We were then put into another room, which was a bit better. However, the rooms are very out dated.

Ignored and frustrated

The room wasn’t clean and the staff was rude. We had to basically beg management to come and clean the carpet. However, they only had housekeeping come and vacuum the floor but the stains still remained. They wouldn’t change our room but gave a $40 credit. I will never stay in this establishment ever again.

It was just awful. The hotel wasn’t as cleanly as I thought. You’re spending almost a $1000 on a room and it isn’t even up to par. Blood on the “brand” new sheets that was spread on the bed, black mysterious “mold” through the bathroom, smells like mold throughout the hotel, everything about the hotel just screams sewage and dirty motel. Staff were just terrible.

Great for going out to the boardwalk and good access to surrounding casinos and shops. Loved seeing "The Hook". Phil's carosoul bar did not rotate during our 4 day stay. Pool is outdated and no jacuzzi.

Second of two rooms was not very clean (orange in nightstand, black sock in corner of room, several hairs on floor in bathroom). Lobby was filled with smoke which was unavoidable. I do not recommend for a family with children.

Customer Service was terrible! I was given an uncleaned room. When I notified to the service desk, I was treated like I was inconveniencing them without receiving an apology. I will not return! On top of that, I had NO maid service. I returned from my day with my room untouched.
