Our stay was great, the room was clean, all the amenities that were provided were good, and the view was excellent. The only two things were checking in was horrible. There wasn't enough people at the front desk, and the Dunkin Dounts wouldn't allow you to use your app.

The hotel was nice.. clean and comfortable… good places to eat. The only con was the pool not being open Monday - Wednesday. if no lifeguard is needed, the pool should be open seven days a week.

I didnt get the room I reserved a more than a month ago because they were over booked for some reason. They were able to find me room in the other side. The room wasn't as big as I had reserved, it was dingy and the shower had very bad pressure barely dribbled out. The shower didnt drain properly and there seems to be pretty bad grout breaking/damage. I was in room 0762. It was not good. On top of that, I didnt have cash after spending it at the bar, casino, etc prior to check in. When I went to get my bag from the bell hop, I was basically put down for not having tip as he handed me the bag. Not a good experience. I will not be booking through expedia and staying at ballys in the future.

Bally's hotel was very nice. Its just the parking garage and stairwell that reeks of urine and drug paraphernalia. To which i know they have no control of. But it the city could clean it up.

I rarely leave reviews as most places are just fine. This place is truly disgusting. Taped up carpets, dark halls, musty as anything stench in the bedroom. I booked on a non-refundable rate at nearly $230 for the night so couldn't go elsewhere without spending at least the same again somewhere else. Anyone who rates this above a 1 star has clearly just moved from a landfill. Truly awful hotel.
