Had a great weekend at the Tropicana… never needed to leave. The room was clean and quiet. There was food available around the clock and lots of options for libations.

Generally the room was clean however neither the hairdryer or television worked. The elevators were very slow and many not running, we ended up using the stairs whenever possible especially to the parking garage. The concert venue, shops, and restaurants were very cool, and would stay again for the ambiance; just be prepared to do a lot of walking. The resort is like a maze.

Room was incredibly dusty. The headboard looked like someone was cleaning up a crime scene. The air conditioner was extremely loud and squeaky, and the rug was wet by the window.

Of course the entertainment and casino floor were clean and well kept. However, the parking garage, elevator and bathroom are dirty. They definitely need to upgrade their elevator service.

We got the worst room on the entire floor behind the elevator!!!! The line to the self-parking elevator during checkout was horrible, and we decided to take the stairs. The stairs had beer, piss and needles...also falling apart.

The Ice machine was broken, the blow dryer didnt work, need to contact a mechanic for the elevator the picture that you showed when we looked online was not the room we booked but we made the best of it.
