Even for a smoking room it was horribly smelly. There were no exhaust fans or ways to get any type of air in room at all. The bathroom didn’t even have an exhaust fan! We stayed out of our room as much as possible!

The smoking OUTSIDE and scary environment was shocking. The beach all the way back to the Tropicana is filthy with litter that is in the sand / under the sand yuck yuck How smoking is being done; and like people try to smoke for everyone's enjoyment and only makes me sick. The waiting in lines and INABILITY for the staff to handle the load of customers was even worst. The carpets were filthy also

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience at Tropicana, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. While I appreciated many aspects of my stay, I encountered issues with staff interactions that were less than satisfactory. There seemed to be a lack of professionalism in communication, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, I booked four rooms through Expedia, only to find that they were located in different towers upon our arrival. This was quite disappointing, and the staff was unable to accommodate our request for a more cohesive arrangement. To complicate matters further, one of the rooms was cancelled by the hotel, with the assurance that Expedia would handle the refund. However, after reaching out to Expedia, I learned that they were still in communication with the hotel regarding the refund process. This back-and-forth has been frustrating, and ultimately, both the hotel and Expedia denied the refund for the room, which I believe was due to a mistake on the hotel’s part. During our stay, we had to make adjustments in three different rooms, which was quite inconvenient. Given these experiences, I regret to say that I will not be booking with Tropicana again in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service and operational processes.

Wait for the elevators to our room looked long but wasn’t too bad. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is prime. We had a lovely dinner in Il Verde. Room was spacious and clean.

Very noisy in rooms all night long. Also lines for elevator to go to room. Never had a line to go to my room. I believe an elevator was out of service. little things could’ve improved the stay.

Tropicana check in

I stay here often each time I come to AC. This time is different there was a problem with checking in.The front desk cant find my booking.Come to find out they did not accept my reservation thru expedia and I was not informed nor expedia.That took a little more yhan an hour checking in between the back and forth with the specialist in Expedia.Cause eventually they ( Tropicana mgt) my booking hence I was able to check in eventually. Thank you to the staff from Expedia/hotels.com for their expertise and patience
