Check in was awful. It makes no sense that there was only one agent, that had no clue what she was doing. And when help arrived, she took care of one guest and disappeared again while there were still at least 7 people in line. We waited over 30 minutes to check in. Then we were sent to the wrong room and had to come down to the desk again to get the keys fixed. Turns out, we were sent to the wrong room/floor to begin with. Absolutely the worst check in experience. Otherwise, the stay was great! The room was clean. The food and drinks were fantastic and the casino staff were friendly and fun!

It would have been helpful to have a mini fridge to store drinks or lwft over food and then a microwave to heat up the left over. I do undertand the need to have the guest continually utilizing the restaurants and room service. But a fridge is definitely needed. I would have love to log into my Netflix as well.

The hotel is beautiful, but the room was filthy, with dust everywhere. There was no conditioner; the dispenser was empty and broken, and I asked for some, but they never brought it to the room. The nightstand and dining table were very dirty. I arrived early, and they told me that at that moment, there was nothing available because the room was not ready, yet they were still cleaning, but I don't understand how it is possible; supposedly, they had cleaned the room. I made a complaint to the supervisor and she came to check the room so that she was agreed with the complaint and she sent a housekeeper to clean the room

Caesar overall okay a lot smoking smell (not friendly for family). We grab some breakfast downstair across from the front desk. The coffee was not great with no favor. Ham, Egg and cheese croissant for $12 was dry. We prefer Borgata over Caesar.

This has to be one of the best places I’ve stayed was able to valet my car and they brought my bags to the room. Everything was so close didn’t even need to drive anywhere will be booking again in the future!

Refrigerator didnt not work in room, destroyed the breatmilk my wife had pumped for our child. Room was not clean and all soaps in shower were empty. Front desk was notified and did not care.

Noble hotel is just a top floors of an old Caesars that needs major renovation. Pay young extra money get you nothing you’re still in an old outdated hotel.

First visit, hotel was always cold. Little choice of food options. Bakery was great. Ramsay’s restaurant very disappointing. Ate breakfast first day, served cold. Never ate there again. Room could have had a better choice of TV Chanel’s. Older person needing some afternoon down time, without paying for it. Great tour taken around local area.
