My room was very have nothing bad to say my bed oooooh my goodness sooooo comfortable Caesar's was everything I celebrated my birthday at Hell's Kitchen the food was better than I could have ever thought.

The property itself was very nice and classy. However, the ice machine was out of service on the floor I stayed on, the phone in my room was broke, and the shower was clogged. I would stay again other than that.

My first day, i was relieved of 2 pair of earrings. When i reported the items missing from my room the staff was unsympathetic and seemed fo drag their feet investigating the theft. Obviously hard to enjoy the rest of my stay. Had both pair of earrings for over 30 years. Grieving the loss.
