Updated rooms, clean and neat. Check in process was smooth. Some people tried to get to desk skipping the line and personnel at front desk make sure people served fairly and according to the line. Lady at front desk made our check in process smooth and quick. Her name was Jabria, she greeted us with smile and answered all our questions. Good stay overall!

Stay was very nice but a few things could of been better. When calling front desk took them 15 minutes to answer. I paid a resort fee but to use the pool had to make reservations and that was a separate fee, that should be included. Also the down escalator was out of order.

Hotel represents name well with decorations. Layout was a bit confusing at first. A map would help. It was sad that while playing in casino, never recieved a drink. Need to do more for rewards members. Hotel guests need more amenities— use of pool/hot tub; everything cost extra.
