I wish I had tons of positive things to say. Unfortunately I do not. This was myself and my little family first time coming to AC. We came as a big group. For our mother who is unfortunately sick and wanted a family trip together. 3 hotels purchased in Caesar’s hotel and 2 hotels purchased at tropicana. Us specifically we didn’t have a good experience. Our room smelled like sewage we thought it was in our head until we came back hours later and smelled it our parents came and smelled it aswell. Our shower had mold in the shower on the floor in the shower head. Which is dangerous for my children and myself as I am allergic to black mold. They did offer a new room and $75 food credit. We went to our second room at 3:30am mid day we started to shower the shower started flooding just by 1 person showering. They said someone will come in a hour which we had reservations and need to rush we had to visit my families room to shower. They did not offer anything for us after another poor situation. We spend almost as much as my family for just 2 nights they stayed 3 nights and was newly renovated ours wasn’t but cost the same with one night less. Very upsetting we didn’t have a great first time experience
