Smelly carpet

The check in process was smooth the only thing I did not like was the carpet in our room and the hall smelled like mildew and they charge you for the two bottles of water in the rooms.

My stay overall was "Ok". The rooms are being upgraded, but the upgraded ones that are basically the standard of all the other casinos cost more. I Always seem to be missing something in my room, whether it be wash towels, soap etc. The slot machines are extremely TIGHT! I played a game that I put $150 in and played $1 a spin with not win paying me more than $2 and not a single bonus in 150 spins.Otherwise the casino itself is "OK"...

Found feces in my room when I got there I didn’t notice and stepped in it after I took of my shoes. After an hour wait I got another room. When I told the managers as I went down stairs to get my keys. Instead of apologizing and assisting for the inconvenience. She simply explained how we have to go and get our keys. Horrible.

Bring Your Soap

Just a couple of nitpicky things here: there was no soap in the shower and there was no dirty laundry bag in the closet. Other than those two things, the room was pretty nice.

Long line to check in and only two people working. Attended forgot to write the room # on the card so more time wasted.... The room turned out to be a dump, stains and shoe dirt on covers so we immediately checked out and we were not offered a refund.... Very disappointed.

I had left my wallet home and it being a far distance. The front desk agent I wish I knew her name was able to help my fiancé and I transfer the reservation over with no issue . She had glasses, very kind I appreciated how organized she was. Extremely patient I would say as another guest was being impatient and irritable. She was a gem, please recognize her because her passion for her role really shows. I felt a bit happier walking away from that front desk after she wished us a great evening.

I know, for a fact, my room was not vacuumed. There was hair and food crumbs in places in the bedroom and in the living area and I really wish I had a microwave in my room instead of a coffee machine. The views I had in my marina room were amazing. I loved it. It was a good vacation for me very relaxing.
