I request that a manager call me to discuss my experience. I was not happy with the noise and disturbance in the middle of the night. A couple was yelling in the hallway for about an hour before security came to address the situation at 2:00am on floor 8. I did not get any rest. Not what I paid for.

Hotel is old, roof leaking when we checked in, buckets every where smelled musty. The rooms need to be renovated,old drapery and couch was dirty. The positive right on boardwalk and beach. Staff friendly.

This property was beautiful the staff was friendly. And when we checked in and I told them what happened at the other resort they upgraded us to a suite. That is what customer service is about. Harrah’s needs to take some tips from Resorts

Very happy with the stay.

We paid extra to have an upgrade: full ocean view and higher floor in the older building section. The extra money is well rewarded. Hopefully we get to know at the booking these features. The hotel location is right by the boardwalk and beach. Perfect for taking a walk in the morning or at night. Very happy with the stay.

Nice, clean hotel and we had fun in Atlantic City, but some important details were misleading on Expedia. The pool for kids is only open 9 a.m.–2 p.m. and limited to 4 guests per room. Parking was listed as $10 but I was charged $20 each time I left, totaling $40, and the promised refund never came. Confirm rules and fees before booking.
