The ice machines didn’t work on multiple floors the coffee makers didn’t work no microwave wave to reheat floor that I had brought in the hotel the biggest was my door wouldn’t lock and that little latch didn’t seem like it would do much if someone tried to enter Don’t think we’ll be returning

The door handle was broken in the room and the bartenders were kind of rude. The bellhop also insisted that we give him money which was weird. Waitstaff at the restaurant and check in were very nice.

The hotel itself is nice but the experience was not great the charge for everything even a cup of water I had to walk to the bar to get it for free or I had to pay 6:39 for a 16oz food was crazy expensive I am never going back to that hotel it’s crazy they want to charge for wifi like what who does that never again
