Not impressed

Our room wasn’t ready, even though we came in late at night. So we had to settle for smaller beds. There were no privacy signs. The refrigerator did not work. The pool access was not explained properly. We had to pay Club prices even though we paid a resort fee to stay there. The Spa was add’l which was not explained.
