It was a nice quick getaway that I needed. The vents in the room were very dusty. When I go back, because I will, it would be nice to see those vents have gotten some attention.

Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere

We got the room at a decent price andnit was a surprise trip for my husband. Roomcoukd use some TLC. Marks on the carpet. Rust in the bathroom. No bathroom fan. The shower didnt wven have a wall or door. It was like using a public ahower. The water feom the ahower would get all the way to the toilet and keave the bathroom wet. Also, we had to oay for oarking 3 separate times. They said the room card woukd work when kwaving the garage, but it didnt. I went to the desk and gor refunded and a new key to get out of the garage. We go to leave, new key also didnt work and the garage attendant wouldnt allow us to leave withour paying another 20.00. We apoke to a security guard in the casino who told us the hotel keys never work and everyone has an issue with having to pay multiple times for parking even though they charge you a flat fee for it upon check in. I called for a refund and was told they were to busy to take my call.... the hallways all smelled horribly of marijuana...

The room could have been better.

The room was in need of repair. The door handles on the sliding bathroom door were loose. If you pulled it to hard it would pop out the door. Same as the door covering the refrigerator. The sound on the TV was out of sync with the speakers. The customer service rep needs some training, she was not friendly at all. I mentioned to her that I did not drive. She just removed the $10 charge from the top of the bill to the bottom of a new bill and I did not notice it til after I left. I asked her what the final charge was and she said I had to check with the service I booked with.
