When the rooms heater kicked on, it made this terrible loud rattling sound causing us not to use the heat all night. After asking for more pillows, 1.5 hr later I gave up, canceled the pillows and went to sleep. The staff disregarded the do not disturb and knocked anyway, waking up me and my wife. Then in the morning when looking for our things, we found another women’s underwear stuffed between the bed and the wall, so we slept with a strangers underwear behind our pillow. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had here.
