The casino area was clean. Great entertainment options and food variety. My hotel room was not clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the carpet had stains on them, missing lampshade’s, stains on the chase lounge, the floors weren’t mopped in the bathroom, and all the surfaces smudged with fingerprints and other substances. The sheets were the only thing that were clean.

I love the location and everything about it, but it’s overpriced. For example, I reserved a regular room for four people on a Saturday , no special event was scheduled and it still cost $400. The room also limited WiFi access to only two devices, even though I paid for four guests. Another issue: I made the reservation with my credit card, but they refused to let me check in because I had listed my guest’s name on the room as well. Somehow, someone else’s name,my friend’s,ended up on the reservation. How is that even possible?
