Room was in good condition, noone came to clean so we didnt have wash clothes. And we kept smelling cigarettes coming through the vents so we tried to stay in the casino area and walk around until whoever was finished smoking. Kinda wish we had a microwave.

There was a noise coming from the heater unit that woke me up all through the night. The bed was not very comfortable and I didn’t like that all housekeeping did was come in and take the trash and put new towels in. They never made the bed

So disappointed about the pool this weekend. Had a very stressful few weeks and all we wanted to do was hangout by the pool. We did not want to “party”. On Sat there was a $30 fee p/p to enter with a never ending list of regulations. On Sun it was $10. On top of paying a surcharge, there was no where to lounge. Lesson learned, we will not be coming back here again during the weekends.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been in hundreds of hotels between business and personal travel. This entire hotel stenched of cigarette and weed smoke. There was no escaping it. The walls were not even paper thin. It was so noisy in my room you could hear actual conversations in the room next to you, not just their voices and they weren’t even being loud just normal conversations. The heater in the room was loud and when it went off in the middle of the night, it went off with a bang, which inevitably woke you up. Between that and being able to hear snoring and minor conversations from rooms next to you and in the hallway, sleep was impossible. The set up was such that there was about a 20 minute walk from the South Park to the coastal Tower where we stayed. This was extremely inconvenient and you had to walk through smoke filled slot machines to get there. The floor layout was complicated. There were no maps and the signage to get to where you were going was nonexistent. Half the time we walked around lost. There was a $28 hidden charge called the service fee, $10 to South Park, and numerous New Jersey taxes. I will not be staying there again and was extremely unhappy the whole time I was there.
