The property was good. the only issue is my fiance id had expired and they denied her access to the pool when i was the one who booked the stay. She was with me and that put a damper on her because she really wanted to go to the pool.

The first thing the room was dirty. It’s like they don’t even clean the carpets in the room. There was here in the shower that the housekeeping department is not clean the rooms properly. The second thing is we went to Ramsey restaurant and the food was so disgusting and so expensive at the same time And when you’re trying to talk to Customer Service, they refuse to help you. And when you’re checking out, they charge you for extra stuff.

My husband and I stayed for my birthday. We originally booked the coastal rooms but got a free upgrade to the BW Rooms. The room was very spacious and the decor was nice. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming at the front desk, in the casino we asked for directions and it seemed like the staff there didn’t want to be bother. Casino is very outdated and could used a full renovation. Overall we enjoyed our trip just wish I had A better night sleep but was kept up due to the walls beng extremely thin in our room. Oh yeah, and be aware you will here other toilets flushing while in your room from the other guests
