Staff is very rude, the guy wouldnt even give us toilet paper, he told us the store was across the street..No breakfast as advertised, no laundry as advertised, they look for any reason to keep your security deposit, even making up stupid rules as they go, 2 minutes after 11a.m. checkout i was told my deposit WAS NOT being returned because i was late checking outup stuff ..This place is a joke ,

They did not let us stay because they did not believe my service dog was a service dog. They wanted to charge me for my SA which is against the law. Then we only got a partial refund after they made us leave.

Please Beware of this place

If you're looking for cleanliness, this is not the place for you. This crack spot features one working lamp, while the others are broken. The floors are sticky, and there are dirty old hair spots everywhere. Stains are visible on the floors and walls. The TV doesn't work, and there's mold all over the bathroom. The in-room spa is disgusting. To make matters worse, they refused to accept a card for the deposit, insisting on cash only, which was not posted online when I booked. This made for an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. The old man handling check-in was also unpleasant.
