Very close to glico man literally 1 min walk In a very good location and also top quality hotel. Shopping area of dotonbori is right outside hotel. Highly recommend it Will stay here when i go osaka again

Love this hotel. Comfy stayining with family of 4. However I wish the hotel had 2 queen beds room. So that 4 of us can sleep more comfortably.

This was our second time in Osaka and we absolutely loved staying at the Cross Hotel! The location is unbeatable, and such a short walk to the Namba station too. The rooms were spacious and the showers were the best we experienced our whole trip. We had breakfast included which had a variety of foods for all tastes, and we throughly enjoyed the lounge in the evenings for a quick drink before heading out. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to the area! We will be back!

Really conveniently located in the heart of Dotonburi and close to shopping and restaurants. Staff are super nice. They have a very convenient system for locking and storing your luggage before check in and after check out so you can still enjoy and explore the area. Rooms and the property are basic, but beds are very comfortable. The best thing is the shower set up. Water pressure is great and the face wash, shampoo, and bath products are really good and smell great too. The only thing missing is a gym or fitness center. That would have rounded it out very nicely. The front street is also a little noisy with construction and activity of the area (sirens and motorcycles throughout the night), but that’s Dotonburi for you

Great location, a bit nosy due to busy road out front. It would be better if they offered self service laundry, but there are some self laundry places nearby just remember to have 600 yen available in coins. Overall I would recommend it

Great location in Dontonburi. Considering the location it was very quiet at night. Staff incredibly helpful with helping me navigate their transportation system with options. Free luggage storage after check out while I made one last stop to the Kuromon Fish Market for their incredible food! Also luggage forwarding to my next destination. Will definitely be back.

Cross hotel is a perfect location to stay near Dotonburi. After an 11 hour flight and an hour train ride, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff. Check in was quick and any toiletries you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, wash clothes, etc. were available in the open lobby area. Our room was tucked away in the corner with a view of the street facing Donki. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Comfy pajamas were provided. We were walking distance from all the famous tourist spots, train station, off the beaten path restaurants. We enjoyed this hotel and would rebooked when we return to Japan again.

The pictures of this place make it seem very nice, tidy, and exciting. While there is excitement in the area outside, the room did not meet Japanese cleaning standards. The doors and carpet had stains, and the lobby looked incredibly cluttered. I believe the cleaning staff could use a raise or possibly a replacement. Although you are not paying for the room itself but rather for the location, many other nearby options are available. The view from either side is quite limited due to the small window. The view facing the street is very loud from the cars and the AC units. We switched rooms to the other side—the back of the Ferris wheel and the top of buildings.However, the bed was nice and comfortable, and we had a great time in the area. Overall the raitings are too high.
