Staying at this hotel was great experience! It is located conveniently next to Dotonbori and a short walk to Shinsaibashi and Namba. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the action. It can be a little loud, but that is expected considering its proximity to Dotonburi.

We loved the Cross Hotel! It was our second time staying there - the lounge was a draw for us coming back to stay! The location was perfect if you want to be right in the middle of the action. Staff was super helpful and friendly :)

This hotel was one of our favorite places on our trip. The location was perfect. It was just a block away from food, shopping, and the river. We loved the breakfast buffet. The staff was also very helpful.

The hotel was very close to Dotonbori and other nearby shopping and eating areas. Also close to some train stations so you’ll have no trouble getting around. The hotel had options for storing luggage before and after stay for no cost which was very helpful. The room was clean and decently quiet considering you are nearby a hot spot of people. Check out was the easiest ive been too with self check out.

Not what it used to be.

The air quality from the HVAC caused my wife and I to wake up with sore/scratchy throats. I have stayed here multiple times, but this one time in particular ruined it for me. The location of this hotel is the reason I used to stay here often. That, combined with the cheap price, made this a no brainer. However, this is no longer a "less than $100 (USD) a night" option. One night costs about $350 (USD) for the cross floor. This hotel is not worth that with so many better options close by.

Great Location!

Our stay at the Cross Hotel Osaka was great. Staff was friendly and rooms were nice, a bit small, but comfortable. Without a doubt the main feature was the location. Close to everything we wanted and needed.

Thanks their professional and friendly front desk staffs for arranging luggage delivery for me. The area is convenient with a lot of dining and transits option, as a side effect the area could be a fit noisy in the evening.

Killer location. Our view room literally looked directly out onto the famous Glico sign. Nice 3rd floor lounge with snacks and drinks. Incredible breakfast. Impeccably clean bathrooms.
