Had problems with the card key. Did not open the door when we arrived. We had to call the front desk, and they said we had to return to the front desk. Since we had just received the key card, we requested that someone come and open the door. Someone came to open the door and gave us a new key card. The next day we again had trouble with the key card.

Nice pool. Rooms are very dark and a little outdated. Bath tub was old and scary looking. They overcharge for EVERYTHING! Water, coffee, drinks, food… all very expensive. The area is a little run down. A lot of unhoused people!

The front desk staff is amazing. They had a legal conference occurring when I checked in so the place was packed and extremely busy and the women there jammed! They got everyone checked in extremely quickly and gave out waters to us waiting. The service and skill was impeccable. They were beyond accommodating and this was all well before actual check in time.

The shower in my room was having issues, and housekeeping didnt take care of my room in the timespan I was absent from the room, even though I requested their service around 10am, and I came to my room at 4pm.

Has charm. Service sucks.

I booked 2 rooms with 2 Beds for 5 guests and one room had one King bed suite. Late Night Check in had me pay a 50$ “Inconvenience fee” when I just wanted to know the reasoning behind the switch up. The sad part is I like the Charm of this hotel and I would like to go back. This tainted my experience. Another thing this hotel is lacking is Exhaust Fans in the bathroom. As soon as one person has to take a dump, it immediately stinks to high heaven. Also, the room my friend and I stayed came with one working electrical outlet. Might as well bring your own extension cord just in case. I hope this hotel does a better job next tims
