For the price of the room it was small No mircrowave in the room and no free breakfast and way expensive Requested a rollaway bed and it wasn’t in the room Had to ask the cleaning staff for one

The toilet seat in the bathroom had cracks and chips in it that had been filled with caulk. This wasn’t the lid. Restaurant was out of most things to make a basic hamburger such as pickles and tomatoes. Tried to charge meal to my room and the bartender said system was down. Tried to pay with credit card, and he couldn’t get machine to work. Said I would pay with cash and he said he couldn’t take cash. Upon check out I showed pics of toilet seat to counter person and she said I couldn’t get a refund because I went through a third party to book, which was Expedia and the refund would have to come from them. I still don’t have a refund and now they have this terrible review. Overall great customer service! Not!!!!!
