The staff was nice but 4 days there and no hot water. I was told when I arrived, not before but in an ice storm booking another room would have been a nightmare itself so i went 4 days no shower. I am very unhappy nothing was offered by hotel or Expedia

There was no hot water. Had to leave the hotel and find another. However the manager was very accommodating and understanding. He did his best to rectify the issue. It was not his fault. Also the bathrooms had no ventilation, the wall paper was peeling and the door was rusting from water damage.

No matter how nice a hotel it is I was completely disappointed with my stay the whole time because I had to pay $38 to park in the hotel parking lot not covered parking not valet parking just regular parking

I love this hotel being accessible to the Moody Center. I wish there is a shuttle or van that is accessible to use . On the breakfast we ate at Dennys . The only thing that I have to say is the parking fee . That should be complimentary since we stayed to the hotel . Ana is courteous and helpful with our check in . I loved that the room assigned to us are just near the elevator. And ice / vending machine. Thank you so much
