Premium, more like nothing like… Hilton should be.

Room is old, outdated, and in need of basic repair to even the common traveler. From dysfunctional appliances, to rusty doors, and un-caulked molding, this premier suite was just a scam. Room smells like mold or damp basement upon entry, old technology and lack of attention to detail an around the most common areas (bathroom caulk, paint, wood trim). There’s even a device that looks to be a second chill fridge near my daughter room oddly placed in what seems to be a closet that is inoperable. Just an awful experience in the room, out the room was messy and unkept as well. Food items found in the floor of the lobby, elevator buttons inoperable, and once again- outdated for the comparative price. As a Hilton honors member, we expect and deserve more . This was one of my worst experiences as a member and can’t believe the lack of detail, care, and professional presentation put into this property and the coveted ninth floor. Room 908 needs work obviously. I will contact corporate immediately after my stay.

No Valet. Parking Garage elevator was not working. Had to go down 4 flights of stairs with luggage. The garage is not connected to the hotel. Had to walk half block to hotel. Nine story hotel. Two of the three elevators were out of service so long waits to get a lift. Desk staff is clueless on elevator status and repairs is unknown. No restaurant, just bar food, burgers and tacos.

The property is in a great location, but it is quite old and in need of maintenance. We booked a suite for five, but the beds were uncomfortable, especially one in particular. When we raised our concerns, the response was dismissive, essentially telling us to take it or leave it. I would not recommend staying here.

Replace furniture

Check in was great, breakfast was great, bed in room was good, other furnishings - chairs, sofa bed were horrible. There were multiple tears in sofa bed. Carpet had been replaced but not properly placed under baseboards. Horrible parking garage with only 1/3 of elevators working. No covered walkway from garage to hotel lobby.
