I dont even know where to begin. I killed about 4 cockroaches, the whole room felt dirty and outdated, the shower water barey came out, and i seen some stains on the towels. I will not be back or recommend to anyone.

My room had roach and the vent thing in bathroom was hanging about to fall off . Light switch by the bed didn't work. Stain on the carpet. The television remote didn't work for the tv and the elevator wasn't working. This place need to be remodel

They didn’t have staff available over check in after 10pm. They have a phone to call customer services to then call the attendee. It was very u profesional and I’m still waiting to get a room.

The worst place I have ever stayed in !

ROACHES !!!! That’s all I can say, ROACHES !!!! The worst place ever and I had the hardest time getting my money back due to the travel service said the hotel had to do it and the hotel said the travel service had to! They played the game of blame each other to attempt not to give me my money back !

The staff was really nice and welcoming, however the room was definitely not clean, there was multiple roaches and dead bugs on the floors, and past guests stuff under the bed. The toilet also doesn’t work very well

We went during the Formula 1 event . We had booked our reservation ahead of time . When we showed up to check in at 7:00PM they said that our reservation had been cancelled. They cancelled our reservation to sell it to someone else for a higher price . I’ve been reading the reviews and it’s something they constantly do. The hotel was filthy , the screens torn as you enter the building on the second level . I was so disappointed because he had to pay triple the price for a last minute stay . Stay away from this unethical, filthy place !
