This hotel was really good but the only two things that I didn’t like about it was the room didn’t have a microwave so I had to go downstairs to warm up my food and the mini fridge didn’t work that well either.

This gets 5 stars for friendliness and cleanliness. Everywhere else you looked something needed attention. One of the lights in my room was out. I know this sounds snobby, but the light bulbs in the room were all bright white instead of a warm white. The hot water handle in room 225 was leaking. The safety handle in the handicapped room I was in was coming out of the wall, the calking coming off. There were three bulbs out in the elevator. The a/c unit in the room was brand new, which was nice. The old thermostat was still on the wall. There were two fire alarms in the room? It looks like they upgraded and just left the old ones in. There was a suspicious stain on one of the black out curtains. Multiple lightbulbs out in the corridor. Parking is terrible. Like a convention of builders and repairmen between the two hotels. Breakfast was wonderful and like I said, the service was so friendly and the hotel was otherwise SPOTLESS.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was fantastic. However, the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance, damaged drywall, mold in the damaged areas and the water was warm at best.

It was clean enough but the place isn’t new and it’s somewhat “worn” looking. The heater in our room was so very loud and then stopped working. We needed to change rooms which was better but annoying.
