My overall stay was great. My only complaints are the shower pressure was weak & I wasn't able to reach anyone by phone about getting fresh towels in the morning of check out. I even tried texting the number that they provided me for if I needed anything. Nobody ever texted back.

Great value for the price

Great friendly service, room was clean and comfortable. No issues with noise. Free breakfast was great! Some hot items available along with easy grab and go items like bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc.

Think twice before you stay there.

Wanted almost 30 minutes to check in with only one person ahead of me. Manager plus another employee stocking snack store without caring that there were 4 people in line. Hotel was old but clean. Advertises a bar buts it’s in another hotel. They put us in a room next to an outdoor concert going on and heard loud music all night. I asked the same rude front desk person about a certain street and see just saying go left, I asked her north, south east or west and she said, I don’t know just go left. She was mad I was taking her time and rude.

The staff was great, rooms clean, good breakfast, nice location. EXCEPT, there's an outdoor music venue next door that is SUPER LOUD until 2AM. The hotel even leaves ear plugs in the rooms. We won't be back for that reason alone

Very clean and friendly. Breakfast had a great variety and very good! Location was perfect. Beds very comfortable. Pool was very nice. One issue is an outdoor music venue located across the street. Too loud for sleeping on weekends

we arrived at 11 pm, Imposible to park on the street to check in. Hotel Garage was very narrow, some vehicles were parked in 2 spaces. The room was nice , diferrent from the one I had reserved. I had reserved 2 queen side beds, the room was one king side bed and a sofa bed. we asked for extra pillows and blanquet for the sofa and they didnt' have. There are a couple of bars around the Hotel, it was very laud one of the nights even though the hotel provides with a noise machine and ear plugs. Positive side the hotel is very clean, and with the exception of a couple of front desk representatives the rest of the staff was very polite.
