Let me start by saying the hotel was pretty clean and staff kind and I am not a person that complains. When we arrived at the hotel, we had to park in the parking garage, which was my oversight that it was $45 per day. The garage was smelly and so much garbage laying around. There should be a better option for parking especially for $45/ night. The room, the air conditioning was so incredibly loud I did not sleep for the three nights I was there. When it was off all you could hear was the concert in the venue next door. There were also dirty hand prints on the ceiling. Also, our cards deactivated 4x causing us to have to go to the lobby and reactivate our cards. The area around the hotel was so dirty annd smelly and there was a HUGE homeless population all around the hotel. This was supposed to be a time for us to relax from our very busy schedules and I will be going home very tired and not well rested.

The room was clean but the bathroom faucet was broken. The night check-in guy was not friendly at all but the daytime and evening staff were fine. Expedia list this property as offering breakfast included but this property does not offer an included breakfast however you can buy breakfast at the restaurant.

This was our first time visiting Texas and Hotel indigo was amazing! The staff was super friendly and were very attentive when ever we needed something.
