The staff was great. The first room had a giant water leak in the bathroom after I took a shower. They moved us to another room that had a water leak in the floor that I didn’t notice until my backpack containing all my electronics was soaked. They said they would reimburse me one nights stay and I have yet to see that.

I visit Austin frequently to attend various concerts and events and this was my 4th stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff is always so kind and attentive to my needs. Beyond the staff being amazing, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and has many great amenities. Loging at this hotel is a MUST if you're doing anything in Downtown Austin!!

The property itself and the staff were great. Really cute hotel and eight in the thick of things. Saying that, it’s a bit noisy outside and while it’s next to fun bars and restaurants, it’s also next door to a homeless shelter so juts be alert if you’re out at night.

Pictures are deceiving

Was disappointed with everything the hotel advertised. Happy Hour 4-7 by the pool but the bar was closed. Restaurant was okay nothing major no cocktails offered. Rooms are tiny have a wallpaper slap on. Outdated appliance, no coffee no tea no microwave. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and small and the AC unit kept making a loud noise every time it would turn on or off.

Not like the first time I stayed there

Floor was sticky by my fridge. Sink gurgled every 15-20 minutes all day. Toilet would run every-so-often (like the seal was no good. The a.c. vent would rattle even when the a.c wasn't running. I don't complain about much but it was a lot of little things that just added up.

Great price and value for the stay. Close to all the bars and restaurants, and close to East Austin. Room was overall clean. Only complaint is for the bars. There is a pool bar but it doesn't open until 4pm, even on the weekends. The lobby bar is closed between lunch and dinner hours. Very odd for a boozy town like Austin!
