Book with caution

Everything costs extra. There is no electric kettle in your room - you will have to pay €5 extra. Drinking water costs extra. Rooms are not soundproofed. We heard every footstep down the hallway. We were woken at 3AM by someone running down the hallway on both nights. We could even hear the neighbours using the toilet. On a positive note, there is air conditioning but book with caution; we were made to feel like they were doing us a favour and we weren't paying €135 per night for a dark small room.

Good location for exploring the area. The local bus stops outside. Friendly and accommodating staff spoke English. Comfortable beds but no coffee machine in the room and the towels were very rough. Great breakfast and an excellent restaurant.

Free parking good. No tea/coffee provided in room

Free parking is all important to me as I do traveling by car. No coffee or tea provided in the room. No kettle provided in the room for making our own coffee or tea. This is a great disappointment.

Great hotel in nice area

Great hotel with comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff .There was free parking but if we had arrived later there may have been no spaces.The hotel is well out of the centre but there is a good bus service which stops near the hotel.The breakfast was excellent.

Overall the hotel had precisely what we wanted. It seemed that the layout downstairs was disjointed with the bar and indoor sitting area unwelcoming and the lift situated in a corridor where there were always kitchen odours. It was as if there had been additions to the original building which did not flow.

Despite the constant weird smell of sewage (from outside) the room was ok. A bit small but clean and functional. The restaurant serves great food, with local game and chanterelles etc. Breakfast was ok. Good value, would stay there again.

Great choice! Spent there one week with my wife on a business trip. Very close to Koblenz Old Town Center, Mosel and Rhine Valley. Dinner and Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and staff very friendly. Did not personally use the Spa but have heard it was great.

Hotel has hidden gem of a restaurant

Good comfortable room with very pleasant staff and an absolutely outstanding restaurant. Kind of tough to get to down narrow streets, but plenty of parking available and very near a bus stop once you arrive. The restaurant onsite was terrific and the highpoint of the stay. Plenty of inside and outside dining space. For dinner, I had tapas and my wife had the grilled salmon. Both were exceptional and many other offerings sounded adventurous and interesting as well. Very happy with our stay!

Just stayed one night but we were extremely happy with our choice. Food in the restaurant was top class. Room was clean and comfortable. Ignore any previous reviews that are critical of this hotel - they are wrong.

Excellent location and breakfast!

The hotel was in an excellent area of the city and was easy to access everything on foot. Parking the car was a bit complicated as it was in just a regular underground garage. I would ask ahead about it but you will need to put a slip in your window. The parking was a decent deal at 16 euros (for the area) and the day of check out you can park as long as you want. The hotel staff could have been friendlier but weren't terrible. The room was fine.
