We arrived earlier than the check in time but our room was ready and they checked us in for no additional fee. The room was clean and was very quiet for NYC. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. This place is on our list to return to another time.

Great location, minutes from Broadway. The staff were nice and helpful. We were able to check a little early. The elevators are really small so keep that in mind. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved having an espresso pod machine in the room. I would definitely stay again.

This place was really good and definitely a great find! Staff location and cleanliness were top tier. Our only complaint was the shower was extremely small. While showering we were unable to move the shower head and it rained down on you as you try to shampoo and wash. The small gap at the bottom of the shower door would also allow a lot of water to spill onto the floor. We were in room 212
