Room was clean.
Staff was unprepared for the New Years Eve run of dog owners (no fireworks at the airport). They should be prepared.
There was mobile key option offered on the app but because of the German 'Meldebescheinigung' this is useless as you cannot bypass the line. With a small child you would expect that you can have a separate check in.
4th time staying for me at the hotel. first time at the studio category -- but worst experience for the price. reading lights only work when the 'master switch and full blown light is turned on -- not helpful at night with others who try to sleep next to you.
Restaurant was not prepared. took 15 minutes for the waiter to ask us for our order. (he was handling 7 tables -- this would NEVER(!) happen in the US) he tripple checked the orders to get 2 out of 3 meals wrong (10 instead of 6 chicken nuggets and chili instead of baked potato with chili con carne -- If I would not have even pointed my finger on the third check to the menu item I would be less upset about it.
Checked with an employee about check out -- no asking about any complaints and about the stay Jan 1st in the morning around 7am. Laura.
Big plus and always recommended.
Having breakfast at the hotel. Definitely living up to the expectations and staff is a well-oiled team there.
