Property is old and it shows. Rooms have been recently renovated, but bathrooms have barn doors. No privacy. Fee for parking. Breakfast not included. The only thing this hotel has going for it is it’s proximity to the airport.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. The noise from doors opening and closing in the hallway was very loud. On the first night, I was woken up by the noise. The second night was even worse. There were about 5–10 teenagers staying in the rooms next to mine — likely two rooms. They kept knocking on each other’s doors, opening and slamming them loudly throughout the night. They were also yelling and making noise in the hallway from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM. I called the front desk around 3:30 AM to complain. As soon as I mentioned “teenagers,” the staff immediately knew what I was referring to — clearly this wasn’t the first complaint about them. Yet the situation continued for hours, which is unacceptable. I also don’t understand how a group of teenagers were allowed to stay in multiple rooms without adult supervision. Doesn’t the hotel check how many people are staying in each room? This situation felt very unsafe, especially as they were walking around the hallways late at night and causing disturbances. I had no idea what they were doing or what their intentions were. In the morning, it was noisy again, with staff walking up and down the hallways cleaning rooms quite early. Overall, I had a very uncomfortable stay. The hotel clearly has poor soundproofing, and I seriously question whether they are properly monitoring guest numbers and ensuring guest safety.

My flight got cancelled so I needed an airport hotel. Nice restaurant, garden and a little self service market. Restaurant was predictably overpriced, but the food and service were great. Each staff member I encountered was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a place close to the Montreal airport.

We booked this hotel for a one night stopover in Montreal. In theory you could walk to and from this hotel from the airport but why would you when there is a complimentary shuttle service every 30 minutes. Steve, our driver was terrific company. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy.
