After a long day of driving, we arrived at the hotel expecting to relax, take a nice shower, and watch some TV. But when my wife and two sons went to get cleaned up, they found only two washcloths in the bathroom. My son went to the front desk to ask for two more, and the staff refused. They said it was against hotel policy to give more than two washcloths unless we returned two used ones. This was shocking—every other hotel we’ve stayed at has given extra washcloths without any issue, especially when there are four people in a room. On top of that, the TV remote didn’t work, so we could only watch one channel. The security door latch was broken, one of the drawers had hair in it, and there were no hangers.

Okay hotel stay.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Check in was seamless. The parking appeared to be safe and the rooms were clean. My only issue is that the elevators were not operational my entire stay and I was on the third floor. I can’t really complain about the noise because people have the right to come and go and do things as they please but it was noisy. Really noisy.
