I enjoyed how convenient it is to walk everywhere and the friendly front of desk staff. My only criticism is that not enough parking spaces are available for guests in the underground car park .

The initial room smelled of cigarette and urine. The staff did agree to move me to another room. The second room was cleaner although furniture doors hanging of cupboard and then bed was pretty old and Un comfy. No topper. No information in the room about the facility either,

The room was a shoe box and the price we paid was a total rip off The no service policy is a disgrace especially when you do not have extra towels in the room

Trilogy is close to everything. The bed was comfortable and we had a great view from the 7th floor unit. The carpet was probably past its use by date but other than that it was clean and a comfortably place to stay.

for the price paid I would expect housekeeping daily not nice to have to go to reception and ask for toilet paper and towels tea etc... was in a good location bed terribly uncomfortable and the pillow smelt like a dirty hairbrush, i had to request new pillow slips beacuse the ones on the bed musnt have been changed

As expected comfortable and well located. Car parking is of concern as there is not enough on site and alternative is 3-4 block walk away - not idea for female guest in evening. No valet option either
