Our Business Stay

The hotel stay was good. Katie & Andrew were excellent service. Gave me extra blankets. Tom was a good driver he even dropped us off at a restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable.

Really great staff. Overall, a good place to stay. This property was very nice and quiet. The beds are amazing and extremely comfortable. The place was extremely clean. However, there were issues with the shower hot water at times.

Check in was quick but not super friendly as all of my other experiences at other hotels. The receptionist seemed un-interested in being there. One of my keys for the room doesn't work, the elevator was not working properly and the shower doesn't have hot water. Overall not a great experience.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As someone with a disability, I greatly appreciated being given a ground-floor room, which made everything so much more accessible. The front desk team was outstanding—they went above and beyond by recommending an excellent pizza place and even assisting us with the delivery. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

A++++++ AMAZING

A+++++ We travel ALOT for many years now and this hotel was the best that we have ever stayed at. Im very ocd about everything but this place was absolutely perfect. Check in was super face and Andrew at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was super spacious, clean and our bed was very comfortable. We visited the pool (which was heated) and the hot tub, and both was very relaxing. Pool area was very clean. Property was absolutely wonderful and would 100% recommend to anyone.

I reserved a room for a friend who was stranded at the Baltimore airport due to the recent snowstorm. When she arrived, the person at the desk charged her for the room even though I had already paid for the room and she had a copy of the receipt. Eventually it got straightened out after a second person arrived to help out at the desk. The hotel was slammed due to all the cancelled flights and had only one person working the desk. My friend eventually made it to her room which was lovely, she reported. However she discovered there was no hot water in the room and no heat. She took an ice cold shower and had to sleep in her coat as it was freezing in the room. She tried to address it at the front desk but they were overwhelmed with bus after bus bringing displaced travelers from the airport, all struggling to find a room. There was also no food available at the hotel and no where close by to walk to so she went to sleep cold and hungry. With a foot of snow on the ground, calling for food delivery was not an option. Apparently the breakfast was good.
