We had a great stay and the staff were amazing. The strong smell of chlorine however was all throughout the hotel and was nauseating. The pool was out of order so this may have been why it was so pungent. I believe it to be a one off kind of thing.

I booked for two queen beds and was given a single king bed when I arrived. I tried to request what I booked and was told that, this is the reservation I made when I tried to show the receptionist my booking reservation information she refused to look at. I had to call the agency I booked with in order for her to recognize my reservation. I had to cancel my remaining night and book elsewhere which was a huge inconvenience. I will never book with them again!

Check-in was slow, restaurant food choices / staff / dining area all need attention. There was only 1 server,, there was an issue with each of the 4 items we ordered, we moved tables 3X —- all were sticky and had visible crumbs on table / chairs. In addition they DIDN’t even have any bottled water. Bedding is old, itchy and worn out

I didn’t stay at this location because their pool was not working. This caused me to have to find another location that had a pool available. It would have been nice to know that the pool was not working before going to the location. Maybe their should be a pop up with that kind of information.
