Pool not open and completely closed; I came in early to check in and the person working didn’t even open the door to even let me come in and use the restroom the person told me to go across the street to use the bathroom after I drive 13 hrs this place was recommending my Expedia as number 1 and total I could’ve stood at a better place for that price also the slamming of door which I have videos non stop in the same level after I paid my early check in fee. Not happy

In the middle of everything.

The hotel is very close to sport venues ans the casino so its loud at night. As long as you don't mind noisy, the room was clean and well-appointed. Nice breakfast provided as well.

Hotel was great. Newly renovated, spacious, clean, comfy. Breakfast was great…it’s just in downtown Baltimore which itself is kinda dirty. Would stay here if I ever went back to BAL.
