My wife, Cam, and I enjoyed the friendly staff, especially the young lady, Rory, who served us a couple drinks at the bar both nights of our stay . Rory was very gracious to us and we shared a very nice conversation about each others lives. If we visit Baltimore again, we'll very likely book pur atay at this nice hotel.

What I liked most about my stay was the location. It was very close to the nice neighborhoods in Owings Mills and nearby areas, which made it very convenient. Parking was easy and accessible, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. I stayed in a room with a king-sized bed that was very comfortable and firm. The layout of the hotel felt more like an apartment, which made it feel homier. I especially liked having a kitchen with a sink, a separate bathroom, and a cozy living area with a TV. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay

The front desk personnel were so nice & pleasant. Room was clean, bed linen clean. It was my birthday and the young lady offered me a cupcake & drink, I opted for chips…she gave the the chips and I could also pick out a beverage of my choice for my husband & myself. Will definitely stay again

They did not have the room I booked and payed for A room with two beds was there take my cousin for surgery We called Expedia and they find an other hotel within 1510 minutes from there and they had the room we needed and it ended up being a really nice place. People were friendly and I enjoyed my stay at the other place, but that was sad. We paid for the room and booked it and they didn’t even keep it for us. Well, we know I’m not impressed with

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. There were a load of minor things wrong… light burned out, sink slow draining, mini fridge made unhappy noises. We were only there overnight so it wasnt a big deal . Also the breakfast buffet was kind of sad… no eggs, no cereal, no yogurt….very sparse
