This was, hands down, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The entire property was spotless, with every detail meticulously maintained. My room was a haven of comfort: the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

A nice room that was well maintained and clean with a comfortable bed. Location is fantastic and walkable to great restaurants, shopping and the aquarium. Check in BEFORE parking. The hotel parking allows you to leave and return without additional expense.

Hotel was a little outdated. Doors slam loudly even when trying to avoid it. Staff was pleasant enough but seemed slightly inconvenienced that I inquired about early check in. Actual stay was horrible due to no fault of the hotel. Neighbor was blaring music all night and their balcony backed up to ours and they were partying on the balcony so loudly that I had to call down to the desk in the middle of the night. Otherwise was a decent enough stay for 1 night. Super close to the aquarium and piers which was fantastic!
