Issues with booking, I book a 2 queen beds room, through Expedia, when I checked in the only had 1 King available. I had to sleep on the pull out couch; which was very uncomfortable for those 3 days, two nights. Also, requesting sheets and blankets with prior pee stain be disguarded.

Prepare to be Disappointed!

The main automatic double doors to the hotel were broken. We had to enter through a man door that had a broken pneumatic arm so the door hit you in the back as soon as you walked through it. I'm 69 years old and it almost knocked me down the first time it happened. The entire hotel has TWO luggage carts so my husband had to carry all our luggage across the lobby to the elevator. One of the two elevators was apparently broken as it never responded the two days we were there. The hotel should have been remodeled 25 years ago. The furniture is old, scratched and cheap. The door almost fell off on the cupboard that held the mini frig. The mattress was old, stained and was very worn out. The bathtub had chips in it, the bathroom floor was chipped and stained. There was an adjoining room with a hole near the lock that had toilet paper shoved in the hole! Worst of all the shower head was broken so ONLY cold water came out of it. I bathed standing up at the sink. Parking is listed as an amenity, they wait until you get there to tell you it's $30/day. Breakfast, still not sure if we'll get charged for that, was horrid. They have a supposed cook who can't make over easy eggs, the bacon was mostly raw, the potatoes seemed to be 3 days old and crunchy and the coffee was so disgusting we couldn't drink it. Employees were surly at best, they acted as if they'd rather be anywhere but there and I can't say I blame them. For $267.50/day I'd rate this hotel a cheap dump.

If i could rate this place with 0 I would. Angel the manager completely ruined my husbands birthday because we came to them with legitimate complaints. I booked a delux room and got a standard with pubes in the bathroom and nothing had been cleaned period. Pictures to prove it. Went downsatirs after 10 mintues in the room and was literally told to take my money back and leave...and was still charged! A whole other situation I now have to deal with. Angel the manager is a sad excuse for an employee. Zero customer service skills. Nasty and zero moral. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else...you will absolutely be disappointed to say the very least. Who is her supervisor and why are they letting her represent them???
