Waikiki luxury accommodation

Very enjoyable!

We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights at Hyatt. I picked this hotel because it is so closed to the beach. Just cross the street away from the beach. You can get beach towel, beach chair and boogy board from the hotel which were awesome. The staff were all nice and very kind. They greeted us right away. And they made sure that all of our needs were met. The carpet in the room is kinda old. But the room was big and the toilet come with a bidet! They had soap, shampoo, body lotion and toothpaste and toothbrush. I think they need to add Q-tip cotton but.

The room service came only twice within the 8 days stay

Room was very clean and staff were very accommodating. Early breakfast was a great bonus as well

Great stay

I’m not sure if this is the norm now but the room did not have a microwave oven. The tub floor did not have any “grip” to it so it became slippery when taking a shower. Although we were informed that the room only gets cleaned every other day, it did not, until we asked for it on the 3rd day. Ice machines were located on every even floor, and water fill stations were on the 1st & 3rd floors. We did enjoy that as part of staying at the hotel, we could rent (for free) 3 items a day from the nearby Beach Candy shop (chairs, umbrellas, radio, etc). The hotel staff was friendly and offered the extra option to communicate with them via their text system. We went on some tours and were picked up right in front of the hotel. Overall we had a good experience during our stay.
