The tub was so disgusting i was scared to shower on there the room smelled of mildew the towels and rags were so dingy i would never stay here again so many homeless people sleeping right outside

We had to stay there over two weeks recently after our daughter had a serious accident. The staff at this hotel are outstanding! From Brandon at the front desk, Dorothy getting us coffee to take up to the hospital and Ginny and the restaurant staff always being kind. The chef is a star and made a grilled cheese sandwich for our daughter as she hadn't been eating much, and it's her favourite, it isn't on the menu. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond. They were such a support to us during a difficult time. We can't thank them enough. Hotel Sonesta you can be so proud of the staff you have. God bless them. X

Loved it at Sonesta!

Stay was wonderful from when we walked in, very friendly front desk worker I wish I had gotten his name. I’m glad he made us feel comfortable and welcomed and in the room we had every thing we needed!

move twice once no air second room no bed for my kid to sleep refusal of a double queen stating they were sold out and they were not lost a phone and little met us go into the room to check with a family in the same room that had no ac but yet housekeeping was gone which means no one cleaned up the bathroom that we had to use from the king travel or even check it then my husband got licked out because he went to the car around 5 am for my medicine and the lady refused to not only let him in but not give him a key to the room her responses were horrible rude and unprofessional the check in staff was the same they looked disgusted being me and my husband are not the same race I have been asking for management to contact me and even before leaving asked it was refused also still supposedly no phone was found I felt so disrespected also no compensation or a sorry for the rooms or dirty sheets no conditioner no lotion even had to pkug in all wiring for our own tv I also have pictures and had to find other accommodations for my family at 10 pm at night after a long tournament with no refund they staff was ignorant unprofessional and I have been in hotel property management for over 18 years they cursed profanity should never be used in that business

The room had not been wiped down or vacuumed. I asked front desk to have someone clean, and they did. There was no shower curtain. The remote wasn’t working properly; i requested the batteries be changed but no one came to change the batteries. The ice machine was not working and we had to go to the restaurant to request ice, which is not open 24/7. There were gnats in the room. I requested a different room, but was told there were none available.
