Front desk got our room charges mixed up, and took 2 days to straighten it out. Elevator was broken. We have a lot of handicap with walking, yet the accessible room was at the far end of the hall - not easy for handicapped people . No free drinking water provided. Difficult area to find your way around. Should provide maps of the area.

Unsafe

There was litter all around property along with a HOMELESS person living behind the hotel! My husband was very uncomfortable letting our dog out at 10pm due to sketchy people inside. My husband was being watched. Then at 3am some was POUNDING on our door, multiple times. Our dog was barking, and the kids woke up. The door was visibly shaking from the pounding. We reported it the next morning and front desk didn't seemed phased by it or give us a refund. NOT A SAFE HOTEL!!!
