Rooms are smaller than advertised. 11 sq meters is 8 at most - a bed, a walkspace, and a wet bathroom. No room for chair, desk, closet, etc.

Great location. Great staff, great food, but it is not for everyone, no lift if u r old and most rooms have no view and no windows and a bit small. But apart from this, it is a great, friendly place to stay. I always come back here.

Lot of things in room can be improved. Simple replace coffee cup in room, they are stained inside, hand held shower head does not stay secured in stand. Well good for what you pay for. Cleaniliness can be improved

Great location and easy to walk to places like the Grand Palace, Khaosan Road, Chao Phraya River tours, etc. Just be aware that the room is smaller than you might expect. The staff is friendly and available 24/7. No problems using WiFi for my remote work and online school.
